Heterosexual Intended Parents
Many heterosexual individuals and couples turn to surrogacy after facing medical or fertility-related challenges. These may include diagnoses such as cancer, uterine conditions, multiple failed IVF attempts, or other circumstances that make carrying a pregnancy impossible or unsafe.

We support family-building using a variety of pathways—including the intended mother’s own eggs or donor eggs, and the intended father’s sperm or donor sperm—to create embryos that are transferred into a carefully matched gestational surrogate.

HIV/SPAR Intended Parents
Living with HIV does not prevent you from becoming a parent through surrogacy. Through the Special Program of Assisted Reproduction (SPAR), men living with HIV can safely build their families while protecting the health of their surrogate and child.
