MAPLE Program for Surrogates
Our MAPLE Program provides another opportunity for women to become a surrogate and help a family.

What is the MAPLE Program?
The MAPLE Program is a special initiative by Giving Tree Surrogacy that is designed for women who may not meet the traditional age and BMI requirements. This program opens the door as a second chance to help a family.
The MAPLE Program also provides a more affordable path for intended parents to achieve their dreams of a child.
