Intended parents who have already created embryos – or are planning to create their embryos without an egg donor – are a good fit for this program. While other agencies’ fixed cost programs offer some of the benefits, our Family Forward Guarantee™ Program offers intended parents all 3 benefits: the shortest match time (3-6 months), plus financial protection (a fixed cost) AND an agency fee refund baby guarantee.

Our Surrogacy & Egg Donation Program & Costs
For those intended parents who require an egg donor and a surrogate for their path to parenthood, we created our 3-Step Family Forward Concierge Program, designed to guide intended parents – from the early planning stages of their journey, to embryo creation and surrogate matching, and then the arrival of their baby – with clarity, structure, and a commitment at each step.
Full support across 3 Steps to family building:
Step 1: Family Building Blueprint. Includes in-depth meetings and strategy sessions with our experienced team, delivering a personalized blueprint for a path forward specific to your story and needs.
Cost: $2,500
100% of cost applied toward surrogacy program
Step 2: Embryo Creation Concierge. We will find, vet, and secure the right donor for you – whether she’s in the Giving Tree database or not – and coordinate the embryo creation process.
Cost: $15,000
Earn a $10,000 credit towards our fixed cost surrogacy program
Step 3: Fixed Cost Surrogacy Program. Our fixed cost program provides the utmost financial security in a surrogacy journey, with the fastest match time of any agency. Our Baby Guarantee means if your journey doesn’t result in a baby, you’ll receive your agency fee back. Moving from Step 2 to Step 3 is a seamless transition with the same care team, with the added benefit of priority surrogate matching access.

Due at sign on: $41,500; then remaining balance paid after surrogate match
Total cost for the 3-Step Family Forward Concierge Program will be $185,000 for your egg donation and surrogacy journey. This cost does not include egg donor-specific costs, such as donor compensation, medical and travel costs, or frozen eggs cost.

Our Egg Donation Program
For intended parents who require only an egg donor for their family building, our Egg Donation Program can help them achieve their dreams. Giving Tree offers an egg donor database filled with over 200 generous, young women who are ready to help intended parents.
By registering to access our donor database, intended parents can search for an egg donor match, and will be fully supported by our team on their path to parenthood.
Selecting an egg donor is one of the most important decisions you’ll make on your family-building journey. Our program is designed to support you at every step - from egg donor selection to embryo creation.
Cost: $20,000-$50,000 (depending on donor experience and compensation)
