Fixed Cost Program Costs
The total investment for the Family Forward Guarantee™ All-in Fixed Cost Surrogacy Program is $180,000. Intended parents can financially plan for this amount, without any surprise costs along the way.
The payment structure includes two payments: the first at program sign-on and the second at match confirmation. Knowing these costs – and when they are due – helps intended parents plan for their journey.

Professional Services

Surrogate Compensation & Expenses

Surrogate base compensation and all surrogacy-related expenses — including local monitoring appointments, travel, maternity clothing, housekeeping, monthly miscellaneous allowances, and post-delivery recovery.
