While many agencies require Intended Parents to wait 12–24 months or longer for a surrogate match, we focus on proactive surrogate recruitment and efficient matching. Because when building a family, time matters.
Financial Protection & Predictable Costs.
Our Fixed-Cost Program provides a transparent pricing structure, no surprise costs, and predictable financial planning from the start — so you can focus on the journey, not the budget.
Unlimited Surrogate Rematches.
If a surrogate cannot proceed due to medical reasons or voluntary withdrawal, we provide unlimited free rematches.
Baby Guarantee or Your Agency Fee Back.
If your journey does not result in a baby after embryo transfer attempts within the program terms, your agency fee is refunded.
Fixed Cost Program Costs & Inclusions
The total investment for the Family Forward Guarantee™ Fixed Cost Surrogacy Program is $180,000. Intended parents can financially plan for this amount, without any surprise costs along the way.
The payment structure includes two payments: the first at program sign-on and the second at match confirmation. Knowing these costs – and when they are due – helps intended parents plan for their journey.

Surrogate Compensation & Expenses

Surrogate base compensation and all surrogacy-related expenses — including local monitoring appointments, travel, maternity clothing, housekeeping, monthly miscellaneous allowances, and post-delivery recovery.

Surrogate insurance expenses including pregnancy, labor and delivery coverage, IVF complications insurance, and surrogate life insurance.
