Fixed Cost Program Costs & Inclusions
The total investment for the Family Forward Guarantee™ Fixed Cost Surrogacy Program is $180,000. Intended parents can financially plan for this amount, without any surprise costs along the way.
What the Fixed Cost Program Includes
Our program includes our professional services, as well as your surrogate’s compensation and benefits.
Professional Services
✓ Comprehensive surrogate non-medical screening, psychological and background evaluation
✓ Structured compatibility review and match / rematch support
✓ Full journey coordination with your IVF clinic
✓ Coordination of all monitoring appointments and psychological support for your surrogate
✓ Management and distribution of escrowed funds throughout the journey
✓ Legal fees for gestational surrogacy agreements and pre-birth orders
✓ Dedicated case management team to guide you from match to birth
Surrogate Compensation & Expenses
✓ Surrogate base compensation and all surrogacy-related expenses — including local monitoring appointments, travel, maternity clothing, housekeeping, monthly miscellaneous allowances, and post-delivery recovery
✓ Surrogate insurance expenses including pregnancy, labor and delivery coverage, IVF complications insurance, and surrogate life insurance
The payment structure includes two payments: the first at program sign-on and the second at match confirmation. Knowing these costs – and when they are due – helps intended parents plan for their journey.
