An egg donation and surrogacy journey can feel overwhelming at first. That’s why we designed our program in 3 meaningful steps – with support and guidance from our experienced team.
Intended parents receive support across 3 Steps to family building:
Step 1: Creating your Family Building Blueprint.
This initial step includes in-depth meetings and strategy sessions with our experienced team, where we’ll spend time learning about your medical history and your goals for your family, so we can discuss IVF clinic recommendations, fresh vs frozen egg donor options, timelines, and an overview of the budget from journey start to live birth.
From Step 1, intended parents can expect:

The goal is to empower intended parents to start with a clear, expert-designed plan before committing to their journey.
Step 2: Your Embryo Creation Concierge.
Finding an egg donor is one of the most important decisions you will make during your path to parenthood. We will find, vet, and secure the right donor for you – whether she’s in the Giving Tree donor database or with a third party – and coordinate the embryo creation process.
From Step 2, intended parents can expect:

Step 3: Fixed Cost Surrogacy Program.
Our fixed cost program provides the utmost financial security in a surrogacy journey, with the fastest match time of any agency. Our Baby Guarantee means if your journey doesn’t result in a baby, you’ll receive your agency fee back. Moving from Step 2 to Step 3 is a seamless transition with the same care team, with the added benefit of priority surrogate matching access.
Egg Donation & Surrogacy Program Costs
Our 3-Step Family Forward Concierge Program brings not only confidence and trust to our intended parents, it also brings cost savings. By combining egg donation and surrogacy into one unified program – working with one experienced team – intended parents will save money with the journey coordination and agency fees. The total cost for our 3-Step Family Forward Concierge Program is $185,000 (not including egg donor-specific costs). This cost is a significant savings over other agencies’ egg donor and surrogacy programs.
The cost breakdown for the program is as follows:
Step 1:
Cost: $2,500
100% of this cost will be applied towards your surrogacy program costs
Step 2:
Cost: $15,000
Earn a $10,000 credit towards our fixed cost surrogacy program ($180,000)
Step 3:
Cost: $180,000
Due at sign on: $41,500; then remaining balance paid after surrogate match
The total cost for your egg donation & surrogacy journey will be $185,000 (after all credits applied). This is a significant savings compared to egg donation and surrogacy programs at other agencies.
Incremental costs not included in the above total are: all egg donor-specific costs, such as donor compensation, donor travel, medical insurance, legal cost, psychiatric and genetic testing, etc. Egg donor costs will vary depending on if parents pay compensation for a fresh egg donor or purchase a cohort of frozen eggs.
