Participate in an initial consultation with the agency to discuss your motivation, health history, and expectations.  Once approved, you officially begin the journey!

Question 2

Step 2: Psychological Pre-Screening (1-3 weeks)

You and your cohabiting partner will meet with a mental health professional for a psychological evaluation.

You’ll be asked about your pregnancy history, support system, your family, your life experiences, and what inspires you to become a surrogate. Your partner will get the chance to learn more about the expectation of them on your surrogacy journey. It’s a thoughtful and caring step designed to make sure you both feel informed, supported, and ready to take the next step.

Question 3

Step 3: Matching with Intended Parents (1–3 months)

Accepted Answer

The agency introduces you to Intended Parents whose needs and preferences align with yours.

Once a match feels right, we’ll coordinate a virtual meeting where you and the intended parents can connect, ask questions, and get to know one another. This is a meaningful step in the journey—one where a bond begins to form and a shared dream of building a family starts to take shape.

Once both parties agree, the match is confirmed!

Question 4

Step 4: Medical Screening (1–2 months)

You will attend your Intended Parents’ fertility clinic for a full medical evaluation, lab work, and uterine health assessment.

You must receive medical clearance before moving forward.

Question 5

Step 5: Legal Agreements (1–2 months)

Accepted Answer

You’ll be represented by your own attorney to review and negotiate the surrogacy contract. The contract covers your responsibilities, compensation, medical decisions, and more.

Once signed, you are legally protected and ready for medical protocols.

Question 6

Step 6: IVF Preparation & Embryo Transfer (1–2 months)

Accepted Answer

You’ll begin medications (such as hormone injections) to prepare your body for the embryo transfer, which will take place at the fertility clinic.

About 10–12 days later, you’ll have a pregnancy test to confirm results.

Question 7

Step 7: Pregnancy (about 9 months)

Accepted Answer

You’ll attend regular prenatal appointments and receive ongoing support from the agency. The Intended Parents will be updated and often join important milestones.

You are supported emotionally, medically, and logistically throughout the pregnancy.

Question 8

Step 8: Delivery & Post-Birth Process (1–2 months)

Accepted Answer

At delivery, the baby is placed into the care of the Intended Parents. Post-birth, you may still attend follow-up medical appointments.

The agency continues to support you through recovery and emotional transition through our 4th trimester care program.
