Traditionally, this can mean working with multiple agencies, clinics, and professionals while managing countless moving pieces, timelines, and relationships.

Our 3-Step Family Forward Concierge Program changes that.

Instead of navigating separate processes, intended parents receive a streamlined experience with one experienced team guiding them from initial planning through embryo creation, surrogate matching, pregnancy, and birth.

How the 3-Step Family Forward Concierge Egg Donation & Surrogacy Program Works

Our exclusive 3-Step Family Forward Concierge Program was designed to help intended parents move through each stage of the journey with clarity and confidence.

Step 1: Family Building Blueprint

The journey begins with a personalized planning phase.

During this stage, our team works closely with intended parents to create a customized family-building roadmap.

Together, we'll discuss your goals, review medical history, explore donor options, evaluate IVF clinic recommendations, review timelines, and outline expected costs.

Most importantly, you'll leave with a clear plan for moving forward.

Step 2: Embryo Creation Concierge

Once your plan is in place, our team helps coordinate the embryo creation process.

We'll assist with identifying and screening an egg donor, coordinating donor cycles, working alongside fertility clinics, and helping you navigate every step required to create embryos.

This stage also includes valuable surrogacy benefits, including priority access to our surrogate matching program and fixed-cost surrogacy pricing.

Step 3: Fixed Cost Surrogacy Program

The final step is your surrogacy journey.

Our Fixed Cost Surrogacy Program provides intended parents with predictable pricing, priority matching opportunities, and comprehensive case management throughout the pregnancy.

Families also benefit from our Baby Guarantee, which provides an agency fee refund if the journey does not result in bringing home a baby.

Program Costs & Investment 

The 3-Step Family Forward Concierge Program was designed to provide intended parents with a clear and predictable path to parenthood, both logistically and financially.

The program is structured in three phases:

• Step 1: Family-Building Blueprint — $2,500, with 100% of the fee credited toward your surrogacy program costs.

  
  

• Step 2: Embryo Creation Concierge — $15,000, with a $10,000 credit applied toward the Fixed Cost Surrogacy Program.

  
  

• Step 3: Fixed Cost Surrogacy Program — $180,000, with $41,500 due at signing and the remaining balance due upon surrogate match.

  
  

After all program credits are applied, the total investment for the complete Egg Donation & Surrogacy Journey is $185,000, excluding egg donor-related expenses.

Additional costs may include egg donor compensation, travel, insurance, legal services, psychiatric and genetic screening, and other donor-related expenses.

These costs vary depending on the donor selected and whether intended parents pursue a fresh donor cycle or frozen donor eggs.
